Entabih is an intuitive application for logging, managing and automating HSE observations and reports. The system to be used to capture and mark observation checklists and comments. The main objective of Entabih application is to eliminate incidents and injuries by observing people and intervening in their unsafe actions. The system handles strategies to promote safe behaviour as part of health and safety management system. The core area of the Entabih is the Safety Observation form(Entabih card) where the observer or a group of observers can log their observations & comments and submit it to the HSE department. The groups of items (like use of Personal Protective Equipment, Behaviours, Tools & Equipments) on which the observations can be logged are grouped into standard checklists. This allows easy analysis of the Entabih cards and to see major safety issues and allows the HSE department to take informed actions to prevent incidents and injuries. It is possible to capture any follow up actions required as a result of the observation also. Various charts and graphs are available for analysing the observation and violations and it helps HSE department to focus on actions to be taken.
